Savoring.
The whole time flies when you're having fun thing...so true. And weekends spent with the family are no exception. We flew to Vegas this past weekend for my newest nephew Colton's baptism. Jim and I are so honored to be his godparents. It was a beautiful day spent with friends and family.

My only complaint was that the weekend went by way too quickly. It really seems the older you get the faster time slips away. And when there are babies in the family you truly realize just how fast time flies. The nephews are changing and growing so quickly....displaying new tricks and skills each time we see them. They are precious reminders to savior the little moments.
It seems like it was just yesterday when I also had the honor of tipping this little guy over the baptismal font. And now he is reading!!!
okay...so maybe he's not reading yet...but he is totally tracking print and the teacher in me is super proud.
He is also the best big brother around.
Planting kisses on baby Colton whenever he can. And speaking of baby boys... I also got to catch up with my dear friend Melody and her baby boy Miles. Mel may as well be family at this point. We've been friends since high school and I consider her a sister. It has been so cool watching her take on the role of mommy. And Miles...unbelievably adorable!
He is one stylish little dude.

Seize the day my friends! Let's make every moment count.
